Bally Basketball products will be available for ordering until 3pm on the 14th of February. All products are made-to-order and will have a 4-6 week turnaround time from the store cut off date. For more information, please contact the club administrator.

When will my order be dispatched?
All Bally Basketball items are made-to-order and will be dispatched approximately 4-6 weeks from the order date.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once production has begun on your order, no amendments can be made and an exchange will need to be processed after you have received your order. Please reach out to us at info@diamondsports.com.au ASAP to find out if your order can be cancelled or changed. See the Returns policy for more details.
Can I order a size that isn't listed?
Apparel in custom sizing can be ordered for certain items. Please email us at info@diamondsports.com.au to place an order for a custom size.
