When can I pick up my order?
Orders can be picked up from the clubhouse approximately 4-6 weeks from the pre-order cut off date listed at the top of this page. A notification will be sent out to all pre-order customers when the order is available for pickup.
Can I order after the cut off date?
Orders cannot be placed with Diamond Sports after the cut off date. Please enquire with the club, as extra stock may have been ordered for late members.
I'm struggling to place an order online, what should I do?
If you are experiencing technicial difficulties, please reach out to our customer service team at info@diamondsports.com.au and someone will be in contact with you within 24 business hours.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Before the cut off date, any orders can be cancelled or changed. However, once the cut off date has passed, no amendments to orders can be made and an exchange will need to be processed after you have received your order. See the Returns policy for more details.
Can I order a size that isn't listed?
Apparel in custom sizing can be ordered for certain items. Please email us at info@diamondsports.com.au to place an order for a custom size.
