When will my order be dispatched?
All Keilor Thunder Basketball products are pre-orders, and will be dispatched by the 15th of January 2024. A notification will be sent out when your order has been dispatched.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once the cut off date for orders has passed, no amendments or cancellations can be made and an exchange will need to be processed after you have received your order. Can I order a size that isn't listed?
