Yes, rest assured Paypal is a safe and secure payment option. For any concerns regarding the security of Paypal services you would be best placed to reach out to Paypal directly for additional support.
When you choose PayPal as a payment method, Diamond Sports passes on the shipping address for validation. The address for shipping must match the address for payment on your PayPal account to process successfully. This is to ensure your security and minimise fraudulent transactions.
Once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, you will be unable to cancel or amend your order. If you wish to exchange or return stock items from your order, please refer to the Returns and Exchange policy.
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed and a second email with further tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. If it has been more than 3 weeks and you have not received tracking information, please contact our dedicated Customer Service Team on 1800 518 076 from (9am to 5pm) AEDT Monday to Friday or via email at with your order details and our friendly team will be on standby to assist you.


Diamond Sports does not offer free returns, however rest assured our design team will review your order and confirm it with you to ensure you’re comfortable with the specifications of the custom design, sizing and fabrics. For faulty or damaged products please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will credit the cost of postage back to you. Diamond Sports does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit so please use a trusted trackable postage service that you are comfortable with. If you select the wrong size and want to make an exchange you will need to pay for the correct sized item to be sent.
Orders to Australian addresses are sent using DHL Express and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. This can then be tracked directly with DHL Express at DHL website Orders with International addresses also sent via DHL. Tracking numbers will be provided directly from DHL via email. These can then be tracked by visiting the DHL website.
For all international orders, Diamond Sports shipping charge is for transport costs only. As mentioned in our T&C’s, it does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Diamond Sports does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
All orders over $250 receive free shipping. For orders below $250, freight is calculated upon checkout.
