• Can I order by Phone, fax or email?

All orders are to be placed on the website.  If you have any issues with the website ordering please email sales@dmndsports.com.au

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

DMND Sports Pty Ltd accepts MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.

  • Is it safe to use my credit card on DMND Sports website?

Yes Paypal is safe and secure 

  • What does it mean when I get a merchant ID invalid error message?

When you choose PayPal as a payment method, DMND Sports passes on the shipping address for validation. The address for shipping must match the address for payment on your PayPal account to process successfully. This is to ensure your security and minimise fraudulent transactions.

  • Can I make a change to an existing order?

Once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, you cannot cancel or amend your order. If you wish to exchange or return stock items from your order please refer to the Returns and Exchange policy.

  • Where is my order?

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. You will receive a 2nd email with tracking information as soon as your order had been dispatched from our warehouse . If it has been more than 3 weeks and you have not received tracking information, please contact our Customer Service Team on 02 91708895 or email info@dmndsports.com.au with order details and we will assist you.

  • Do you pay for my returns?

DMND Sports does not offer free returns. For faulty or damaged products please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will credit the cost of postage back to you. DMND Sports does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit so please use a trackable postage service.  If you select the wrong size and want to exchange you will need to pay for the correct sized item to be sent.

  • How can I track my order?

Orders to Australian addresses are sent using DHL Express  and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. This can then be tracked directly with DHL Express at  DHL website Orders with International addresses are also sent via DHL. Tracking numbers will be provided directly from DHL via email. These can then be tracked by visiting the DHL website

  • Why am I being charged for customs when I have already paid for shipping?

For all international orders, DMND Sports  shipping charge is for transport costs only. As mentioned in our T&C’s, it does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. DMND Sports does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. 

  • What is I believe I have received a faulty product?

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact our Customer Service  team on 02 91708895 or via email info@dmndsports.com.au.

  • Shipping costs?

All orders over $250 receive free shipping.  Orders below $250 freight is calculated at the checkout.
