Delivery

 AUSTRALIA / NEW ZEALAND - Custom Garment Orders

Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via DHL Express with freight calculated on quantity ordered. All orders over $250 with a delivery location within Australia will receive FREE shipping. This will automatically apply at the cart during the checkout process. You can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days from dispatch. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Custom garment orders take between 2-3 weeks to manufacture from time of placing order until dispatch.

AUSTRALIA - Stock Garment Orders

Orders with an Australian delivery address are sent via China Air / Aus Post. All orders are charged flat rate $10 shipping fee, unless specified otherwise from sales events. You can expect to receive your order within 15 - 49 business days from dispatch. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - Custom Garment Orders

We use DHL Express for our international shipping. All orders with a delivery address in New Zealand will receive a charge calculated on the quantity ordered. All orders with a delivery location outside of New Zealand and Australia will be charged a price according to location and DHL express delivery costs. Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. DMND Sports does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY

Please do include a company name if you are requesting delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel can not be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, DMND Sports will not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent. If you are not home when your order is delivered it will be held for 3 days prior to being returned to us.
