Shipping and Delivery Policy
We are dedicated to providing you with a seamless and efficient shipping experience for your custom football apparel. To ensure prompt delivery, please review the following guidelines:

- Delivery Addresses: We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address for shipping that is accurate and complete, including any necessary apartment numbers, unit numbers, or other relevant details. This will help our shipping partners locate your address easily and prevent any delays in delivery. If you choose to have your order delivered to a business address, please make sure to include the company name in the address details to facilitate smooth delivery.
- Signee Responsibility: When a parcel is signed and accepted on delivery, it is essential to verify the identity and authenticity of the signee. Diamond Sports will not be held responsible if the signee is found to be fraudulent or unauthorized. We strongly advise you to personally receive and inspect your package upon delivery to ensure its accuracy and condition.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If you are not available at the specified delivery address during the delivery attempt, our shipping partner will typically hold the package for a limited period, usually three days, before returning it to us. In the event that your package is returned to us, an additional re-delivery fee may apply. This fee covers the costs associated with re-sending your order. We highly recommend promptly arranging for re-delivery or collection to ensure a smooth and timely delivery process.
Domestic Delivery and Pickup
Each clubstore has different shipping and pickup options, depending on how the club has chosen to distribute their gear. Shipping options, rates and timing can be found on each individual clubstore page.

Shipping rates for deliveries to domestic addresses (within Australia) are outlined below.

If you would like to use your own courier, let us know by emailing info@diamondsports.com.au before placing your order and a discount code for free shipping will be provided to you for one-time use at checkout.
International Delivery
All orders with an international delivery address (any address outside of Australia) will be charged a freight charge price according to location and current delivery costs. You will be contacted with a freight quote after order placement. Your order will not be fulfilled until this quote has been accepted and paid. Please note, this charge is for transport costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Diamond Sports does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
